正規の翻訳会社による翻訳・翻訳証明
戸籍謄本等の英語以外の文書には、正規の翻訳会社又は、公認翻訳者による英訳を必ず添付しなければなりませんが、
必ずしもオーストラリア国家の認定を受けた翻訳・通訳資格認定機関(NAATI)の認定翻訳者に依頼する必要はありません。
但し、翻訳書類は文書の発行日、公印を含めてすべて合致するように翻訳し、完成した公式英訳 (Full translation)は、
連絡先が記載されている翻訳会社の社用箋に印刷し、翻訳証明は、公認翻訳者の肉筆署名による認証、翻訳者のスタンプ、権威ある翻訳者協会の会員資格番号を付与する必要があります。
尚、翻訳会社・翻訳者は申請者といかなる形でも関係していない第三者であり、申請者と同じ住所に居住していないことが必須条件です。
